Dec. 23rd, 1806 -- Premiere of Ludwig van Beethoven’s Violin Concerto in Vienna with violin soloist Franz Clemen. Published in 1809 and dedicated to Stephan von Breuning. Beethoven wrote on the autograph "Concerto par Clemenza pour Clement primo Violino e direttore al teatro di Vienna Dal L.V. Bthvn. 1806"
