Orchestras playing dirty in WW2

This is a book review on that perennial subject about musical culpability during WW2. (Lebrecht is on his favourite hobby-horse. Again.) It's not really a review per se, merely a discussion about the contents of the book written by an Austrian professor.

I recently purchased Lebrecht's "The Maestro Myth" and have read the chapter about a 'Maverick', Carlos Kleiber. Full of errors and creating myths himself, Lebrecht needs to pull his literary socks up!
