How should I play the Allargando and the twin notes B natural, E's F's G's etc. on the bass lines.

Think of this as two separate voices - the tenors singing the top notes (with the stems up) and the basses singing the bottom notes (with the stems down). Sometimes the tenors and basses are singing the same note. So you have to translate that idea to the left hand.

For the first example, with the B naturals, hit the B on the third beat of the measure and hold it to the end of the measure, and on the "and" of beat three, hit the A and hold it until the end of the measure.

In other words, you could think of it as that eighth note B just being an eighth rest, because it doesn't indicate another note that needs to be played. So why not just notate it that way? Because this way the composer is telling you that that B is part of the tenor line as well, and you should phrase that B to A as such.

The rest of the examples are just the same, except that last one, where you can see it will be the upper (tenor) note that will be held and the lower (bass) notes that will move.
