Here in Vienna we had a cooler first half of July which wasn't too bad at all. Two days of upper 80°F temps followed by 5 days of low to mid 70s temps. But that is no longer going on now. Everyday is in the upper 80s which makes our flat heat up into the low 90s. Even if it cools down some during the night outside it stays in the 90s in our flat. The heat is now absorbed into our outside facing walls and will stay there until we have at least 4 or 5 days in a row of temps in the low 70s. Did I mention how much I hate summers here? What I wouldn't do to have central A/C in our flat (but that can never happen since we live in a city owned historical building).
