Just to say, I'm very pleased , I passed my ABRSM Grade 1. exam.

I think Peter suspected I was working towards an exam, but I didn't want to say until I got the results.

Strangely enough, I didn't feel too nervous, On my way to the exam, I just kept saying to myself, I can do this after all my hard work, lets get this show on the road! Mad maybe but, it helped.
What has become evident though, and I was aware of it at the time, is my need to practice scales and arpeggios a lot more, as I did stumble a couple of times even though I know them backwards. I shall carry on to grade 2 , now I know the areas I need to improve on.
I enjoy the challenge!
