I have grown I pretty patch of sweet peas this year, it's funny the plant is named, 'sweet pea' because the pods are poisonous , apparently.

Yes I have them as well and smelling sweet!
Aconitum (monkshood) is the plant to be wary of, a gardener died last year merely by brushing past it.

Poisonous flower in my garden:
I've got a huge Foxglove - it has been taking about 2 years to grow big leaves then its bells shot up. The bells have fallen off now though.
I bought a Foxglove 3 years ago from a community centre and planted it under my kitchen window. that one did well, though now it is much smaller than it was. I wonder if the big one seeded itself from the small one.Ludwig van Beethoven

I don't know what it is, I rescued it from the corner store as it was reduced in price and looking a bit sorry for itself. There was no label on it.
