There must be, by sheer application of logic I can say, a pretty good quantity of programs dedicated to help in the teaching of harmony. I can think of things like: the program plays a chord at random, and then asks: "root position, first inversion or second inversion?" (multiple choice). Or some harmonic progression and, again, I must reply: I-IV-V. The program could even set by itself a degree of difficulty based on my answers.
