Favourite beer ?

Usually Newcastle - though I have started to get into microbrewery beer. I had a great beer called Brown Shugga a while ago, enjoyed it a lot. Anyway, those are the two best beers I have had, I think, ? Hard to remember. Though when it comes to really drinking I go with wine. Liquor occasionally - though, I do hope to get more into it.

Sake I hope to get into more also, I believe it is the the alcohol/"drink" of The Buddhas. I imagine there are many different types of sake, and it probably goes well with many different herbs, roots, plants, etc. At least that is what I imagine.
