Well, I have decided to get the East West libraries. The reason being is because I will get many more instruments, etc.- from all over the earth. I feel that this would be a better start, and, would help me to learn more about music and the orchestra.
After I pay off this loan then I will get the special edition bundle- which is by far the better choice for strictly orchestral instruments and articulations.
