Beethoven portrait?

I'm surprised there's no image of the composer on the website's home page. There's plenty to choose from, surely?

Instead there are a number of rules for users of the forum. These are all perfectly reasonable but in my opinion should be placed in a less prominent place. Rules tend to put off people from exploring!

All in all however, I think the site is splendid. What makes the forum successful is the kind of people who use it and it's obvious these people share a deep love for this particular composer and communicate that very effectively.

Incidentally, I've made contact with a fellow Beethovenian in Vienna where I will be holidaying this year. Many thanks!

There is an image of the composer on the front page of this site, actually. As to the rules, well they are displayed on each forum page so that everyone can get a quick reminder of them before each posting, hopefully reducing the need to remove much. It seems to have worked well so far.
