    Yahoo! Handel!

I've just got 17 e-mails relating to a Handel site (mostly with Rod Corkin's name on them). I know it's got something to do with the Yahoo Beethoven site that was opened recently. I should have disabled something on that, regarding e-mails.
Trouble is, I cannot find the site again and the Beethoven home page no longer has a link to it. Also, I've forgotten my Yahoo name and password. How about that?
Any suggestions on how to stop the e-mail flood?

One of the emails (at least) you got from Rod had the web address of the Handel site! It is also on the links page of this site. I'll amend your membership settings so that you do not get any emails. In fact I'll amend EVERYBODY'S membership!

It has occured to me that this Handel yahoo group is registered under UK only site yahoo.co.uk and not the world site yahoo.com, which means only folks logging in to the '.co.uk' version of yahoo will see the site listed. The rest of the world will never know of its existance. I think I may as well close the site. I'll let people know if I restart the group on yahoo.com.

Thanks, Rod. I knew it was something to do with Yahoo. Cheers.

I've now deleted the whole group (with a lengthy note of critisism sent to yahoo) so Peter may as well remove the link on the links page.

And on Handel's birthday. Too bad!

I handn't realised that, I'm really bad with birthdays. The pheonix will rise soon enough though.

EVERYBODY register NOW for a first class recording from Acis & Galatea, a perfect composition in my opinion.

I am disappointed that not a single person here has bothered to register even when music of the highest order this there for you, gratis! Well, you can lead a horse to water...

I'm there, Rod. I just had to rejoin with the data that I had from before. Sorry it took so long, I've been sick and I was finally able to get my husband away from the PC long enough to re-register. I am listed as Hollywoodborn again.

Thanks Andrea, I noticed Peter has signed up too. Hope you enjoy the music and look forward to the occasional comment!
