How about having a review forum where members can review new CDs? Or old CDs even? I think it'd be of great help. Would it cost a lot more?

We do this anyway in the existing forum from time to time.

Yes, I've found that it's good not to split it up too much, because then the "non-main" forums don't seem to get checked very often.
