Time Zone Vote

It is now correct for GMT, but I don't understand why as I've had to set it at 1 hour behind Eastern!

Well as democracy seems to be moving at a slow pace in the US, I've updated the forums to GMT.

Er, thanks, Peter. I was going to do it last night, but I fell asleep. Anyway, it was wrong like that, because the actual web server the forums are now on does not use US Eastern time. It uses some other weird time or something.
