    Problem logging-in via Firefox

Dear forum members, I've been unable to log-in for over 3 weeks now (I use Firefox). I've only just now managed to do so using a VPN.
I've just tried to access the site via Chrome and that doesn't work either!
Any idea why this might be? Chris, any ideas?

Maybe something to do with your firewall, preventing you accessing BRS. Does it happen with other websites ?

This is just a longshot... Maybe try and update your firewall settings, ensure that your firewall is configured to allow Firefox to access the internet.
Another thought occurred to me, try empty Firefox cache , to clear things up.. I try all these things on a hope and a prayer to see if it works..

I'm not sure. I can tell you that nothing about the forum has changed in the last three weeks (actually much longer than that). I am accessing the forum through Chrome right now and regularly access it through Chrome on several different devices, so there is no problem with Chrome itself.

When you say you cannot access the site, what exactly do you mean? You see nothing and get an error? It appears garbled? You can see it but your login credentials do not work?

Thanks Megan and Chris, it's working now. I ran C Cleaner (which removes cookies and clears the cache) and that seems to have done the trick.

Good you have solved the issue.
It's a bit like getting clogged arteries, they are not going to function well..

These issues are almost always solved by clearing the cache. Sometimes automatic browser updates break things, though, too.
