    I found this on Facebook how Beethoven devised a method to overcome his deafness -After Beethoven lost his hearing, he found an ingenious way to still hear his music. He attached a metal rod to his piano and put it in his mouth, allowing him to feel the instrument's vibrations across his jaw. This method, known as bone conduction, helped him continue to "hear" his compositions despite his deafness.

    I remain In much doubt about this.

    We know Beethoven tried many ways to help his hearing and it's possible he tried this method as well, but more likely with a wooden stick . Of course he could 'hear' in his head the sounds written on manuscript which is how he was able to still compose.

      Yes, there is a lot of nonsense posted about historical figures on social media, but this seems at least plausible.
