    It's unbelievable that the offender had the nerve to argue back in the middle of a concert. The smartphone rules all, apparently!!
    As you say, Peter, if only Beethoven were there!

        Oh. Please convey my apologies to her. I hope the music didn't interfere too much with her filming. Did it cross her mind for one second that she could be distracting the artists and the audience?

          I would have done the same as Anne.
          I'm sure that before the concert begins there is a polite reminder that cell phones and recording devices should be switched off. The offending student/lady caused further distraction by standing their arguing, what a completely unpleasant experience for the violinist and the audience. I think they should display signs in concert halls for phones to be switched off!
