7th Symphony first edition inscribed by Beethoven

A call for help from the American Beethoven Society.

This unique Beethoven treasure is a significant discovery: a first edition score of the Seventh Symphony, inscribed by Beethoven to Antonie Brentano,
the woman some believe was his “Immortal Beloved.”

Prompted me to see what else was available and on Abebooks you can purchase a first edition of the piano version of Fidelio inscribed by Beethoven for a mere £251,694.77.

I wonder if this is this an arrangement for four hands? If Beethoven inscribed it, he must have been (unusually for him) happy enough with whoever did it.

It is for two hands and inscribed "To his dear friend Baron Pasqualati, from the author". Only three copies of this first edition bearing Beethoven's autograph inscription are known.
