This reminds me of my little symphonic poem "The Sun" which I composed several years ago. This programm I had in mind:

- The rise of the sun in the morning
- the sun mirrowed in the flow of a brook
- the merciless sun in the heat of a desert
- the majesty of the sun
- the sun going down in the evening
