I'm particularly fond of his 4th symphony 'The inextinguishable'

Love the way he refers to these giants - "Beethoven, Michelangelo, Bach, Berlioz, Rembrandt, Shakespeare, Goethe, Ibsen and the like have all given their times a black eye."

I've listened to some of his music but it hasn't really taken hold; I do like what I've heard, but I think repeats are in the future.
