When did Mozart first used the clarinet?

I was wondering when Mozart began to use the clarinet in his piano concertos. I think to know the clarinet was used first in the opera then in instrumental music. So, was this Mozart's case? I take the opportunity to greet my fellow BRSers, in particular Sorrano, among others.

Off the top of my head, I think it was Piano Concerto No.22 in E-flat major, K.482.

A beautiful article, thank you Sorrano. And thank you Peter, the concert does indeed has clarinets, if my ear does not deceive me.
