I have found a very old looking German book with a collection of Beethoven's symphonies arranged by Louis Winkler. I would love to know how old it is exactly, in what year it was published. I am hoping one of you might be very knowledgable in this field and be able to help? The exact title is: Litolff's Bibliothek Classischer Compositionen. Beethoven's sammtliche Symphonien fur das pianoforte allein - arrangiert von Louis Winkler. It's been printed and bound by Henry Litolff in Braunsweig, Germany for Music Sellers L. Schutte & Co in London and for Enoch Pere et Fils in Paris and Brussels. It contains Op. 21 in C, Op. 36 in D, Op. 55 in Es, Op. 60 in B, Op. 67 in C, Op. 68 in F, Op. 92 in A, Op. 93 in F, Op. 125 in D. I hope someone might have some clues? Thanks in advance.
