    juvenilia sonata

I have heard that Beethoven composed a piano sonata nicknamed "Juvenilia" ¿Could you tell which sonata is it?

Never heard of it, but he did write 3 sonatas at the age of 12, one of which is currently featured on the rare page of this site - you'd better be quick though as the page will be changed on Monday!

Perhaps a refernce to B's 3 juvenile sonatas WoO47? Or less likely perhaps this is some foreign nickname for the 'Sonata Facile' op79?

Perhaps you mean Mozart's "Jeunehomme" piano concerto (no.9)?

NO WAY! It was Beethoven's, I heard it on Beethoven's biography presented by Jack Perkins, that nice old man.
