It's from the third movement of the Piano Concerto No. 27 in B flat major, K. 595. A charming theme!

That's from the first movt of Mozart's flute and harp Concerto.

It's also worth noting that Mozart adapted that melody from Piano Concerto No. 27 to a song, "Sehnsucht nach dem Frühling", K 596.
