Notice the motif in the piano. Ta, ta, ta, taa. It's been isolated, as in some parts of the famous movement. The whole passage has unsurpassable magic.

Yes a wonderful moment at the start of the development section - Beethoven creates this by contrast, the forte of the orchestra with the sudden quite entry in the piano with a sudden ambiguous change of key.
