    Pre-Xmas teaser :
A bad workman always blames his tools, but this one (inversely) can do the job without! And usually with a cup of Indian tea.

Hee hee, they're all off Googling! It is about a piece of music, of course. A clue : Not Beethoven (that'll help).

              Sorcerer's Apprentice?
(Hardly. Too easy. The answer I mean. I've got a bad feeling about this.)

Sorry Michael, no. You're on track for the composer's nationality, though! Another big clue.

By the way Michael, I'd love it (we'd all love it!) if you gave us a couple of your own teasers. Would it be presumptuous of me to ask for only Beethoven ones? Or a couple of Beatles ones to flummox PDG?

As this only a Pre-Xmas teaser I'll give another clue. The 'Indian tea' sounds like the poet's name on which the work is based.

Find the poet, and you'll find the poem, and then you'll find the work. Cup of tea, anyone? How about you, Renard?

Maybe look for old fashioned words for 'tea' that the Brits used in the 30s, 40, 50s that derives from the Indian word for tea. Actually, in Turkish it's the same word, practically.

                          Chai ? or Char?

Not until Xmas is well and truly gone! I don't have a clue about how to construct a clue, if you follow me. But I think we all should have a go at doing this - later!
