I just bought a CD by Sharon Bezaley from Amazon U.S., and unfortunately the jewel case was in bad condition. I have extra jewel cases and fortunately the CD was not harmed but it is disappointing anyway.
This is the first problem I've ever had with Amazon and I kind of chalk it up to the rush Christmas season. I would send it back but it was the only one available. For some reason her CD's are hard to get. I might have to order through her website from now on.
