Beethoven sonata. But which?

I can't remember the sonata number or opus number. Would you be so kind to tell me? It's not the beginning of whatever movement in the sonata it is:

Would it be the opening of the Appassionata, Opus 57?
I could be totally wrong because I can't read music.

Where are the experts?

They have forgotten me! I'm afraid the excerpt was too short. Certainly not Appassionata. I expect not having been impolite in quoting in musical notation. The fragment would be in F major if for the sharp, which makes it its relative minor, D minor. But I chose the first key that came to my mind, for I do not know the tonality. Thanks Michael.

Reminds me of a bit from the last movement of Sonata No. 26, Op. 81a, though I don't think it ever occurred in a minor key there.

I don't know any such passage from the piano sonatas - could it be from a violin sonata as suggested by the long bars of rests? Also note the change of key signature between your two quotes, though both excerpts are in D minor.

The key is G minor and the movt is probably the scherzo.

It does seem similar to the scherzo of Op.27/1, but the key is wrong - are you sure those notes are correct?

The key is C minor (3 flats) and the opening notes are C Eb G
