Not one I'm familiar with, and a google image search didn't help. It doesn't seem like their usual style. It could just be a photoshop job. According to Wikipedia
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Kupperman) Michael Kupperman is an American cartoonist, so perhaps this was a panel lifted from one of his cartoons. -
