PBS TV aired a nice program tonight called "A Surprise in Texas." It showed the 2009 Van Cliburn Piano Competition. Lovely music. They started with 29 contestants, selected 12 for the semifinals, and 6 for the finals. If it comes on wherever you are, I recommend this program. Rachmaninoff was well represented. There was some Beethoven also, but not a lot. (a short Hammerclavier segment).
