Did Beethoven write any song for voice?
I sang a piece by him a long time ago on the lutheran doxlogy. I would like to sing a saceular piece for church. Could you please let me know where I can find one that would be great. You could try Adelaide, Op. 46. That's for a tenor and piano, I think. -

"Adelaide" is fantastic, and the cycle "An die Ferne Geliebte" too. It does exist a version for baritone.
