Anyone wonder why with today's computer generated images and technology that no ones attempted what a portrait of what Beethoven's face would look like if cameras were invented a few years before his passing. For example, here is an actual photo of Lizst (who set eyes on Beethoven). Imagine Beethoven pictures like this.

A photograph exists of Beethoven's nephew, Karl, which has been published in many books about the composer.

The first permanent photograph was made in 1825 so Beethoven just missed that timeline.
