I always loved Mozart's awesome organ fantasia KV 608. Now I got to hear also the fantasia KV 594 and I can't describe how much I admire also this one. I have it as a version for piano version for 4 hands.
As I was doing a little research I read that Beethoven owned the scores of both fantasias, so he must have admired and studied them, what I really can understand for the depht of it's harmonies and and spiritual greatness.
It is interesting that Mozart himself hated composing KV 594 and had to force himself to write it because he hated the sound of the mechanical clock for which it was comissioned.
I like the piano version better than the organ (especially for the slow introduction) but here you can listen to an organ performance:
