In 1791 -- Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart conducts the first performance of his opera The Magic Flute, in Vienna. This must have been one of the last performances he was involved in considering the year.
Mozart conducted his clarinet concerto in Vienna on 18 November 1791. This was most probably Mozart's last performance since he fell ill immediately afterward and died on 5 December 1791.
