We've subscribed to the Thursday night series for the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra at Strathmore, in Rockville, MD. (I'll miss the first one, the season-opening night concert, but I expect to make all the others). If anyone else from this list will be there, let me know and we can say "hi." I'll be in the nosebleed section. I've noticed in the past that this hall is so beautifully constructed that there's good viewing and good hearing from all parts. I'm looking forward to Beethoven's 5th and 9th, both of which are in the Thursday night series.
