A friend of mine bought this bust a while ago:

It is signed "G Selto 1915" as can be seen here:

The bust is about 15 inches high.
My friend desparately tried to find any biographical information about this Selto, but couldn't find anything.
The Beethovenhaus Bonn doesn't know him either. They do have a photo on the internet though from another Beethoven bust named "gips80_von_selto.jpg":

The name can also be read as "Setto", but this name neither results in any information, except for auctions where busts by Setto were offered.
Has any of you Beethoven bust collectors ever heard of Selto or Setto?
