What a combination! Kissin and Beethoven
I just bought a CD (from 1997) of Kissin playing Beethoven's Piano Concertos 2 and 5, and WOW! I love his tempo and modulations. James Levine and the Philharmonia Orchestra, a terrific CD, in my humble.
