Trying to find out what song this is ... been looking for 10 years

Let me see if I can sum it up by the first few notes. If anyone can help me find out which song it is I will be so happy!
    Right Hand(RH)
    D2 C#2 D2 A1 D2 F2 E2 D2 E2 A1 E2 G2 then at the same time

repeat the above an octave lower with the left hand and add the Right Hand (RH):
    LH D1 C#1 D1 A0 D1 F1 E1 D1 E1 A0 E1 G1
    RH F2 A2 A2 A2-G2#-A2

    Then with right hand:
    A2 A#2 A2 F3 D3 A2 A#2 A2 A#2 G2 A#2 D3 E3 F3 E3 C3 G3 A#2 A2 G2 A2 F2 A2 C3 .... etc

Play it and see if it rings bell! Any help would be greatful!

    Thanks a bunch!

It's hard to say without knowing the rhythm, I'm afraid.

It would also help to know the tempo and if it is for orchestra or solo instument.
Where did you first here it?

So far I think it may be the slow movement of a Bach violin concerto.

It's for the piano and the tempo would be allegro (105ish) 4/4

try playing it and see what you guys come up with.

A series of pitches is not good enough. We have to know the rhythm. Is the first note a quarter note, an eighth-note, or what?
