I found a very interesting Hector Berlioz Website / Predecessors & Contemporaries, which includes available scores and notes on Beethoven works.
The accompanying (cheesy) music takes you right through the score..

You may also like to explore the Beethoven-Hause-Bonn, Digital Archives,, project, there they have sketches and works by the master. http://www.beethoven-haus-bonn.de/si...ales_archiv_en
