    Help! German Arias for Baritone

    HI to all!
Me and a friend are going to do a recital, he sings, I play. He has a beautiful potent and very clear baritone voice but we are having some trouble finding good music to fill a recital. Why? Because it must fit in this criteria:

    1) No bass-baritone allowed.
    2) German entrance only.
    3) You must be older than papageno to ride.
    4) (k, I'm out of amusement parks puns) Score must be available (yes, this has taken Der Vampyr and Alfonso und Estrellas marvellous ones six feet under the ground).

    So? Ideas?
We intend to do this recital in two parts:
1 - Lieder (no problem here, we have our pieces).
    - Break -
    2 - Those arias.

The problem is in this second part, we have only "An Jenem Tag" from Marschner's Hans Heiling (I have the score in Sibelius, if anyone is interested), "Wie Todesahnung - O du mein holder Abendstern" from Wagner's Tannhäuser and the oh-so-loved (I made him do this ) "Ha! Welch ein Augenblick!" from we-know-who's we-know-what .
We would love to put "Ha! Noch einen gazen Tag!" from Marschner's Der Vampyr, but the score is impossible to find (that would increase our Ha! festival ).

Enough said. Ideas anyone? We are open 24hrs .

    "Wer ein holdes weib errungen..."
    "Wer ein holdes Weib errungen..."

"My religion is the one in which Haydn is pope." - by me .

"Set a course, take it slow, make it happen."
Working...
