we just listened to Beethovens Victory played live from the Wellington Arch, known as the 'Battle Symphony'. FANTASTIC! We go to Hatfield House every year and hear it played with LIVE CANNON, muskets and fireworks! SUPERB! www.battleproms.com
I wonder how the cannons were replicated on radio 3? I had visions of the Kings Troop firing live to the music in Hyde Park. AMAZING! Really got me in the mood for this years rendition at Hatfield. CANT WAIT!
