I have a recording of this arrangement, it's not Beethoven's but it is a good effort.

The only one that I know of is by L'Archibudelli on SONY/Vivarte. It was released perhaps 8 or 9 years ago, and is probably out of print, however, I think you can probably find a copy, I have seen it on eBay. You might also try JPC (http://www.jpc.de/) as they are right there in Germany and have pretty much everything.
