I don't know what Rod would do if he were of noble birth, but I do know how he would like to be called: Friedrich Wilhelm III

I thought sooner or later someone would pull me up about my signature. Of course all you Beethoven fans should know its origin, for it is a corruption of Beethoven's own words, but 'I' should be replaced by 'he' (he being his nephew Karl, and the quote refers to the favourable treatment of such 'nobles' by the court). My usage is more complex, I mock myself in the true English (but apparently not the Canadian) manner of humour, and more latently I mock the nobility. There you have it.
