Yes, the Pallavicini Palace still exists as you can see from reading the link above.

Now here in Vienna we have just begun our Ball season and this year the Valentine's Day Ball is being held at the Pallavicini Palace on 14 Feb.

Yes, a Ball must be very exciting and wonderful to see, especially in the lovely plush rooms of the Palace. I bet it is very expensive too!
Do they hold Beethoven and Strauss concerts etc. there?

As far as I know they don't have concerts here. Below is a little more info on this palace:

As one of the most interesting palace complexes of Vienna, it is frequently the stage for official receptions of monarchs and statesmen by the Austrian government. The Wiener Rennverein takes care of the administration of the representative halls of the palace.

A typical old Austrian atmosphere surrounds events such as gala banquets, receptions and cocktails parties which are individually arranged for diplomats, members of the commercial and industrial sectors.

Andrea, it's not Ball season but here at the Phoenix Symphony this Valentine's Day they are performing romantic classicals like Romeo and Juliet, etc. Should be a good time!
