Yes, excellent is the word to describe these enjoyable tunes. I particularly like the Op.25b - Allegro molto. This was published in 1802 by Cappi. A bit of background information on the Serenades - I read where this form was often used as open air music and are distinguished from the symphonies and regular chamber forms by additional movements, mostly two minuets and two slow movements. Also that the Septet (Opus 20) belongs to this group. Very enjoyable indeed!
