Most cliche'd piece of classical music

Subject says it all. What one piece gets repeatedly played out of context to the point you could scream. Fur Elise leaps to mind for me. And you?

Beethoven's 5th immediately springs to mind.
I suppose the choral for his 9th as well.

Then there's Bach's Tocatta and Fugue in D minor and Mozart's Einekleine Nachtmusik.

And not so much, but maybe the Adagio from Rodrigo's Concierto de Aranjuez as well.

    I'm sures there's plenty more.
The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.

First movement of Vivaldi's four seasons
        Grieg Peer Gynt

Pachelbel's Canon. It should be outlawed.

I thought on this piece too. But its' not right to mention it, because it has stopped our screaming at earlier time...

In the beginning of our lifes we all where fans of Brahms' "Wiegenlied" I guess.

Things get played so often I don't care to hear them again sometimes. I don't think I'd change anything though as sometimes it's the only exposure kids will get to classical music is from use in films, TV, and commercials.

                      d minor Tocatta and Fugue

I've noticed for years that when there is a fancy party on TV or a movie, the Quartet is ALWAYS playing the first movement of Mozart's "Hunt" Quartet. Also, the Minuet from Boccherini's String Quintet. If someone were to play it right now for you, you would undoubtedly say "Oh yeah. That's Mozart, isn't it?"
