Impossible to answer in my view, both are great composers who left us sublime masterpieces. Beethoven as we know gave top place to Handel, but Tchaikovsky regarded Handel as a 4th rate composer. Strange how composers are often bad judges of other composers. Another example of this is Delius who thought Beethoven nothing but scales and arpeggios!

By the way, these wines are way beyond my pay-grade but I am priviliged to have tasted both in a wine-tasting course I did years ago.
