Previously unknown Mozart music discovered in German library

Piece dating from 1760s, probably composed when Mozart was in his early teens, uncovered by researchers in Leipzig

Interesting. I'd like to try an experiment. Ask a generative AI, "Write a piece in the style of Mozart in his early teens, consisting of seven miniature movements for string trio lasting about 12 minutes." Then listen to this newly discovered piece. Compare.

In any case, I look forward to hearing this. Hopefully there will be a recording of the premier or another performance of it soon.

So it's attributed - I'm reminded of Robbins-Landon's acceptance in the canon of 6 'Haydn' sonatas 'discovered' in 1993, later found to be fakes! Still the Mozart may well be genuine but is it interesting music?
