I don't think anyone in my area in the restaurant business is intelligent enough to make that connection.

I'd like to go to a restaurant or bar where they played classical music.Even the most expensive places here in Victoria play rock and pop so loud you can't hear yourself think.

There's one tea room/restaurant nearby me that plays classical mostly chamber music. You can have high tea or sandwiches or roast beef and mashed potatoes. The atmosphere is great. Victorian era decor. But most of the antique shops I visit play pop music! There's only a couple that play piano instumentals and one plays classical. You would think most of these establishments would play classical since they deal in 1800's and earlier merchandise. While I'm looking at 200 year old wares I would rather be listening to classical music any day. I don't know if it would cause me to buy mosre expensive food while dining out though! I just know I'd rather listen to classical while dining, better on your digestive system.
