Heilingestat (spelling????) Testament

I am looking for the text of what is called Beethoven's 'Heilingestat Testament' - I'm sure the spelling is problematic -which he wrote after reflecting on the possibility of ending his own life because of his deafness. Of course, he concludes that his life, however blighted, is profoundly worth living. Has anone got a copy that could be emailed to me, please?
